The body is a capsule, is a tool with we execute our inner energy. The most obvious moments are when you feel adrenaline and feel that you don’t fit inside your body. I like to imagine where that source of energy that we use comes from. In my opinion this source comes from something outside the physical world and we could access it through meditation, faith or during our sleep.
You can feel your own energy just focusing in one point of your hand.
Our body is the meter of the time that we have left, so take care of your vehicle of life.
